I'm sharing my horrific experience with Piramal Housing Finance. Their loan practices have caused me immense mental and financial harassment.
Despite my efforts to communicate, I've been met with indifference and disregard. They've repeatedly misled me, sending copy-pasted emails that fail to address my concerns. No one seems to be listening or providing meaningful responses.
The biggest issue is the lack of knowledge among their representatives, and the constant copy-paste emails that ignore my specific questions and concerns. It's clear that they're not interested in resolving my issues.
I've been following up with them for approximately ONE YEAR now, but there's been NO RESOLUTION. It's exhausting and frustrating to deal with such a reckless and unresponsive organization.
I feel mentally and financially drained due to their unfair practices. I urge others to be cautious and share their experiences. Let's demand justice and accountability from Piramal Housing Finance.

I have applied for an personal loan on Piramal Finance on their website on 19th July and I have done all process and they have also sent me an congratulations MSG as well but they have not disbursed amount in my account.

I am waiting till now please take this up I am facing problems

I am trying since last one month to obtain IT statement through piramal app in r/o my home loan account No. [protected] of Sr. Rajendar but unable to download. Contacted Piramal branches warangal & AS Rao nager Hyderabad branches, but they unable to download.

I have closed my housing loan that i tok from Piramal and have been following up with them to close the MODD.
Thei customer support team is a joke and wont even share the phone number of the Bangalore Branch. They would have me travel 3 hours one way to the branch even for a simple query!
Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM. After you get the loan from them be prepared to call them atleast 10 times for Every step of the way ..

Its worst experience and they won't keep up words. They collected processing fees, mortgage fees, and estamping and documentatiin charges, bit they did not able to generate disbursement cheque due to internal process and system error. The best part is the property which we choose is funded by them only, it's funded by piramal housing financial only. Now they are saying they can't refund my all money. Due to this system issue why the customer should bear the loss. It's robbery company, they are cheaters robbers, rogues, looters. No value for customers, they should shutdown the business. Please beware no one should go to piramal housing finance.
