We have booked a 1BHK flat in Mulund Revanta in 2019.
Due to financial crises we didn't want go for the flat purchase and asked for the cancellation of flat and requested for repayment of our full amount which we have paid towards the flat. We they completely denied and later agreed only to pay 25% of our amount. Considering this loss
Now somehow we managed to arrange the money and asking for the extension on the amount payment but they harassing us saying we will charge you interest on each day.
Request you to take appropriate action on this to save the customers from the harassments they are doing to the customers.
