We Mr.Nitin Haldankar & Mrs.Neha Haldankar, (Mob.No.[protected]) had approached Piramal Vaikunth, Thane office. Their sales person Ms. Nandini Sharma (mobile No.[protected]) handling my case. While enquiry she told us that if we swipe the card she will give best deal and agreed to close the deal of flat No.2912 in Vind for 91 Lac incl all with allotted parking on 11/04/2022. She also assured us that if by any chance booking cancelled all amount will be refunded.
Accordingly we swiped the card for Rs.50000/-. But when she gave us cost sheet for signature, we shocked to see that figure was 91.68 Lacs that too without parking. It was clearly cheating with us. Hence we refused to signed the documents and asked to refund our token amount immediately. They assured us to solved the problem and asked to come next day. Next day they sent me cost sheet of Rs.91.40 Lac that too without parking.
Since the deal was not transparent, I asked them to cancel my booking and refund my token amount immediately.
Thereafter they called us several times for negotiation but all in vain. Now we are no more interested in their project. Thereafter we have sent several mails to their email ids available for cancellation of booking and refund of booking amount, but no proper response received.

We have booked a 1BHK flat in Mulund Revanta in 2019.
Due to financial crises we didn't want go for the flat purchase and asked for the cancellation of flat and requested for repayment of our full amount which we have paid towards the flat. We they completely denied and later agreed only to pay 25% of our amount. Considering this loss
Now somehow we managed to arrange the money and asking for the extension...

We booked a flat 2bhk in March 2019. with Piramal Rivanta mulund west. The price assured by sales person was less as per the upcoming GST on property.
But unfortunately the gst remained at 12%.
Since with this GST the price was out of my budget.
I requested for cancellation and also requested for the refund of booking amount unfortunately they did not agree to refund hence i am requesting you to please intervene and kindly help us to get back our hard earn money.
Payment done: Ra. 1, 67, 741/- The payment was done via credit card
