Pithai Toll Plaza — Wrong deduction of toll

My Innova car number GJ-27-U2109 was taken to Indore customer on 18/02/2021. Then on 19/02/2021 my car was returned to Ahmedabad from Indore and finally passed through Pithai Toll Plaza on 19/02/2021 at 00:28:10 AM. Since then my car has not gone on this route till today i.e.31/03/2021. However, on 22/02/2021 at 22:22:29 PM, my vehicle has again passed through Pithai Toll Plaza, showing that a false and illegal toll of Rs.100/ - has been deducted from my Paytm account. Although I have lodged many complaints in Paytm Customer Care, I have not received any positive reply from Pithai Toll Plaza and lastly on 26/03/2021 from Toll Plaza authority replied to Paytm Customer care which is
"In order to resolve your query regarding wrong double/incorrect deduction from your FASTag wallet, we raised a dispute to the respective Plaza. However, the plaza has rejected the claim, stating that the correct amount has been charged from your FASTAg wallet..."
Wise reply received. Even though I have wrongly deducted the toll money from my paytm fastage balance, I have not got my toll tax refund till today.
Please do needful in this regard.
