My Innova car number GJ-27-U2109 was taken to Indore customer on 18/02/2021. Then on 19/02/2021 my car was returned to Ahmedabad from Indore and finally passed through Pithai Toll Plaza on 19/02/2021 at 00:28:10 AM. Since then my car has not gone on this route till today i.e.31/03/2021. I have toll booth 100rs cash handover and collect recipt.
But my fasteg account deduction 100rs
Actuly 200rs single journy charge.
Please give me 100rs refund in my fasteg account.
