1. Representative been present in garage for vehicle inspection befor and during time of delivery - big fat lie
2. Timely delivery of vehicle - once the vehicle is handed over its up to them to decide when to deliver may be even 2 days
3. Every details update live - Pitstop representative do not have clue on earth what is happening
4. Service station is with in Pitstop monitoring and control - they wish so, service station is not at all in control of Pitstop
5. Payment transperancy - is you are making payment please ensure its online of you have track of it, you will get reminder if you do cash payment
