I booked car service from pitstop Bangalore on 17th june 2022 charged for Rs 4214 And next day they canceled saying that service engineer is not available . Again Rescheduled for another day against new order and charged again saying pld order ampunt will be refunded in 5-7 days.

Now I have been contacting company but No one ANSWERING AND PICKING UP OUR CALL.

Once I contacted from my friend phone they said their server were down
Even customer care no. Is wrong given if anyone Google.

PITSTOP IS FRAUD...
Help us to get back our money. They have done same with others

Pitstop cheating they picked my vehicle charged me 1lack 12 thousand and the problem still exists the clutch is not working, car suspension is still as it

This Sandeep from Bangalore, I have booked a service for my Vehicle Honda Mobillio with Pitstop and which included general check up and parts replacement.. During that service they (New Gen Car Service, franchise of Pitstop, Kannur, bangalore-560064) have replaced the front 2 Break pads. After the service i went for a long drive and we heard a noise from front portion of the CAR and the break were got jammed, Luckily we(My family) have got escaped from the accident, and immediately i have given my car for check up and they have identified that Break pad (Bosch) which Pitstop has replaced was with Wrong size, due to that Break pad was coming out from the bracket..So immediately i replaced a new Break PAD for both (Cost around Rs 2300) .. They have played with my life which they have to answer it.

Oncei reached back to Bangalore i have shown the same issue with service centre and they have understood the issue, also returned back the faulty parts to them(replaced by Pitstop) and confirmed that, they will get a refund from the pitstop, Since last 3 months i have not received any udpates from Pitstop regarding this..

I also contacted many people of Pitstop and not getting positive response from them, ,

I need to have a compensation amount along with with my Parts amount plus service charged which they have taken from me..

I have taken the major service for my creta vehicle on April 11 At Pitstop authorised service centre.I went to service centre and given for my car service they are not professional mechanic e.g they don’t know about oil capacity of my creta vehicle and filled cheap oil infront.they didn’t do anything simply keeping my vehicle in service centre for 5hours and charged 7661.i complaints same to Pitstop and as promised to give door step service but they are not responding my calls and mail.

Request you please help me to get service properly.

Lie lie and only lie
1. Representative been present in garage for vehicle inspection befor and during time of delivery - big fat lie
2. Timely delivery of vehicle - once the vehicle is handed over its up to them to decide when to deliver may be even 2 days
3. Every details update live - Pitstop representative do not have clue on earth what is happening
4. Service station is with in Pitstop monitoring and control - they wish so, service station is not at all in control of Pitstop
5. Payment transperancy - is you are making payment please ensure its online of you have track of it, you will get reminder if you do cash payment
6. Honest service - billing to service has no correlation you will be bill for item but ensure of thats been done

I was having a pathetic experience with pitstop, these guys will fool customers who have no knowledge on cars, when i gave my car for service(coolant runaway issue), the pitstop mechanic charged me 8k for fixing the issue, after few days not even ran 100kms, the same issue re-occurred again, these guys took vehicle for inspection and quoted 16k for head gasket change, when i reported to them that why it was not fixed at the 1st attempt, guy called Ranjith and pasha from pitstop said that noone can see the burnt parts inside the engine, hence it was missed, when i said then its your mistake they said i need to pay the amount nobody will do it for free of cost, i also have the chat conversation with Pasha stated that no repairing cost will be added this time, but on call Ranjith asked me to pay for the repairing and labour again.I also assume without opening the engine how can they say the head gasket is burnt.Please choose a trusteed local mechanic or Authorized service center its our hard earned money.Ans guess wat when i observed carefully the fault was not headgasket, the coolant runaway was from coolant reservoir tank, which i replaced with new once at 2000rs only by my self.#pitstop please stop fooling people who have no idea about cars, and you guy Ranjith was very rude with me and dont know how to speak, train him to speak in polite way.

I have given my volkswagon polo (ka03 mn 494) for engine jerking problem to pitstop on june 23rd and they charged around 19 thousand 9 hundred rupees and returned the car without resolving my issue on 24th for which i have given it back again on 24th itself and car was returned on 27th with the problem not rectified. they took it again twice and now they are demanding another 7 thousand 450 rupees by saying the problem is something different. they kept my car for almost 14 days with them and caused a lot of trouble and tension to me. i would like a refund along with the charges i have bared for cabs all these days. i can clearly say they identified the problem wrongly for the first time and replaced unnecessary parts and trying to replace something else and am still doubtful if this is the original problem. i have the mail conversation, watsapp chat and i am attaching their bills.
