[Resolved]  Piyush Group Bhiwadi — Residential Flat – Savathanjali Project, No Progress for last one year and exceed the hand over grace period.

Good day, I purchased a flat in Savithanjali Project (C201) Saleable area 1395 SQFT Common Area 231 SQFT UDS 445 SQFT. I settled full amount (48.631Lac) on 27 Feb 2013 and only 2lac is pending to allot the covered car parking. I was told by builders that the passion will be on Dec 2013 and grace period is 3months. But till now no progress in the construction and no proper response from Marg ProperTies. Please advise how to proceed further either to get the flat or to get the paid amount back.
