I had booked a flat in Maha Utsav Project entered in Lease Agreement . They promised us to handover the possession by June 2013 with assured rental when we reached out the person who put pressure on us for registeration has left the company no responsible person were there to respond. Then finally Mr Murali helped us and gave some partial payment. They are still suppose pay 1.5 lakh had tons of follow up No progress has been made. I want to take this to consumer forum. Kindly help us out

My father has paid money for a property for which we have the respective proofs and since then we do not have any confirmation regarding our flat Possession/ we are not looking for any kind of property now and looking for our money back asap.

I have also filed a complaint in RERA for the same so I would suggest that someone who is responsible from Piyush Group Should get back to me Asap regarding this scenario.

I have two flats in Piyush Rosette - Bhiwadi., E^1 and E-62. I have not received the registration documents. Also, there is no update on the progress of construction. I have been paying home loan for both flats...

No any development in society from last five years, now our money is dumped,
Please cancel the booking.

There is no response or traceability of the Piyush Builder official address.
Please update Piyush Group Authorized Person to get Registration of Plots in Piyush City Bhiwadi.

I have made payment 95% of the project cost. My flat no. E113 / tf in piyush rosette at bhiwadi - alwar by pass road rajasthan.
Builder is in jail in some financial case. But as customer we are wondering here & there no one is there to listen us.
Please advise me that
1) to whom i should contact?
2) what is the status of this builder, govt. Should take up this project. We are suffering & no body is there from...

Sir, I am a 67 year’s old retired Govt. employee and I retired from my job in the year 2012. After my retirement I had invested my hard earned money with M/s Piyush Global-I (Faridabad) with a view to get higher returns. And whatever amount I had received from my Department, a bulk amount (near about Rs.19, 00000) I had invested with M/s Piyush Global-I, Present Address is Plot No.5, Opp. Escorts Mujissar Metro Station, near YMCA Chowk, Main Matura Road, Faridabad=121005, (Haryana), Ph. No.[protected].

But more than last 3 (three) years M/s. Piyush Global not paying me any interest (Assured Return). Even they are not refunding my principal amount. Innumerable time I visited their Faridabad Office and requesting them to refund my principal amount, as per the agreement signed between us. But they are not paying any attention on my request.

At the time of signing the agreement their Registered Office was Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Area, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044.

I have booked a flat in rossette 6 years ago. They requested the complete payment which has been made to them more than 2 years ago.
I have visited their corporate office but the building was locked and no one available.
I then went to the site i. E bhiwadi, hoping to get some information but no one was available to give any information.
Please let us know what is to be done as money is blocked

I had booked a flat in piyush rosette and have made all the payments demanded by them from time to time. 75% of the payment has already been paid by me along with edc / idc charges as and when demanded. As per the agreement the flat was to be delivered with 24 months from the date of booking.in case the delivery was not made within the stipulated period they were required to pay rs. 5 per sq ft per month as compensation for late delivery. Neither have they paid the amount nor have they given the possession even after 6 years of booking.

I would like to connect with other members, who have been cheated by the group to take a joint effort to recover and safeguard our hard earned money.

We have been paying installments since last 12 years and paid upto 95% of all anhanced cost many times and the pocession is getting away and away. Ther is no new as when we will have the pocession of the land.
To call them there is no one lifting the phone to answer, and even there is no one available in the office to answer the pocession date.
Last letter received from them was over many years, whennthey basked for then last payment and swaid that within few months the pocession will be given. Either they are DEAD are lost in HELL.

I booked my flat in 2010 at bhiwadi in piyush rosette... Even paid approx 90 % payment to the builder. No construction work in progress from last three years... More surprising thing is that office has been sealed and no one from piyush group side to explain us about the status of this project... Can not able to understand that who would listen our complaint... After spending our hard earned money to book flat there, but still we are empty hand...

I booked the subjected property with piyush group and paid them 30% of the total payment, already. Builder has crossed all deadlines and 'am not receiving any response to my emails to puneet goyal. Feeling betrayed at the hands of piyush group. I want my money to be refunded by piyush, immediately.

I booked the aforesaid floor in the year 2012 with a commitment from the builder of possession within next 3 years. Today is 1st of august 2018 and nobody in piyush group's office or puneet goyal (Himself) want to update the status of construction. Under these circumstances, i am not left with any other option then to seek refund of the money already paid to piyush group. Please help...

We had booked a floor in piyush rosette long back in 2010. It is in block e-69 - third floor and paid 95% payment till april 2017. We were told that this flat will be delivered in oct 2017 and subsequently told to be in mar 2018. But in mar 2018 we were told that work has stopped and they have not given any date of resumption of construction. As no body from piyush was approachable on phone, we decided to visit their office in piyush i global at faridabad. On our visit on 24 may 2018, we found that the whole building has been sealed by faridabad municipal corporation about a month ago due to non payment of taxes. No body from piyush was available there to give any information.

Anyone to guide me what should i do next. If any there is group on whatsapp or facebook, we would like to included in that group. Infact all aggrieved buyers should, irrespective of their projects, form a group and take legal action against piyush. We can also file a petition in sc as buyers from noida / greater noida did and are getting compensated by scrupulous and fraud builders.

We have invested 95% of the amount in one go through the bank for an office space at the piyush global i, project at the ymca, faridabad, haryana during 2008 and assured that after 09 years either they will give the possession of the premises or they will be paying us rental as per the market norms.

Despite several attempts through the email, phone call and personal visits to their re located office in faridabad from the mohan cooperative area, new delhi past 02 years nothing has come up in the favour of the buyer who has invested their life savings in their project.

Their office phone numbers are not working, emails starting bounced, old staff has left the group and their is hardly anyone to attend you or your concern except the bouncers which they have stationed at the piyush global i who are enough to make you scare with their presence.

If their is any group of investors who are fighting for their right to refund or possession then be in touch to be a part of the family.

Piyush colonisers ltd has allotted plot c-98 in "piyush eco village" in bhiwadi, rajasthan for which i paid rs-5, 34, 553/-.
In reality on ground it is confirmed that the piyush group donnot have any land or they have not marked any plot number. It seems they have cheatted and done fraud. You are requested to help me to get my hard earnest money back

I had booked a plot in Piyush City Palwal. All payments were made on time as demanded by company. But from last 3 years there is no update from company on hand over of plot. Company shifted their office without informing to buyers. Now I heard they haven't received all clearances. There is nobody in their office.

After booking of flat in piyush rosette project bhiwadi in 2011 still after almost six years we have not got possesion of our flat. We have regularly paid our dues as and when demand was raised by builder. Now we want suitable compensation for delay in project as per the laws laid by govt.
Now again we have got demand for payment of dues of about 10% of total payment, but we do not have any information on the compensation we must get for the delay in delivery of our flat to us. Please specify to us what amount we will be paid for this delay.

I had invested in this project virtual space with the assurance of 12% monthly return till possession but piyush group has stopped the assured return since september 2015. I have visited their office located in global i building faridabad several times but only one peon level person is available there most of the times who is not able to answer any question. All the phone lines are not working so it is really not possible to contact them. We have not received any communication from there side regarding the project updates or any other information. Don't know where to go. I believe they are doing the same to hundreds of investors in this project and various other projects. I request all the investors to get united and file a legal case against the management of this group. Any investor who is interested to become part of this group can contact me. Hello, builder buyer agreement not received from developer since 2014 for "piyush eco village" at bhiwadi despite paying them more than 30 %. They have allotted a unit as well in 2014 but after that there is no development from developer side. I have visited there place in mohan cooperative as well but from there they have shifted some where with giving no contact details & address to approach them.
Pls. Assist me that how to deal with this matter. Trying calling them but all no use of it.
