I received a call saying they are calling from pje enterprise. This company gave me a link to login which was not secure and when i called them they said mail us but spoke rudely on phone. After 12-13 days now they sent me a arbitrary notice on my mail and when i asked them about this they not only asking to pay only the utility charges which is 87 82 but the advocate m. Patel said i can settle the case outside the court and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that i dnt have any money and due to their insecure site i could not even log in to the link how can i work? They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me. I have been receiving sms. Someone please advise, i am tensed. They have messaged me to send the money in 7 days.when I asked for their company details they tried to avoid the talk and asked reach to them via lawyer.

They are still messaging me, why haven't any action taken against them. I have contacted few other people who had faced the same problem and came to know that it's not a legit company, if that's a case then proper disciplinary action should be taken against them.
