Placement India — Online captcha filling fraud company | |||
Few days ago I got a call from a person regarding online captcha filling and they told me that registration is free and I have sent my Aadhar card and mail ID to him after few minutes they give me a link and said that give an interview through zoom when I open no one was there and after few minutes later that person who told me that they have sent user ID and password to open that website website name is e-cpt.com but when I tried to open the password and username does not matched and site was working so I call them but no one pick the call and after few days later I got a mail where mentioned that I breaching the law so I need to pay panalty and I need to pay of rs8700 and I continue so i need to 15700 than today again they sent me same main to and one of the person who call me and said that his name is navin Sharma he is an advocate, he said that he will file a case of I won't pay the amount I am so scared, sir I am very poor guy and due to corona I lost my family members and I totally disappointed so sir please help me regarding this issue as soon as possible sir please. hello today i also got the same mail from the same company placement india and after seeing your screenshot i found that the mail that has been sent to me is same but the advocate name is different one more thing which i noticed is that the legal notice series and consignment number is same in both of our mail which means its fraud because it cannot be the same legal notice numbers cant be the same. And one more thing in my knowledge and research i found that placement india is a different company basically this fraudsters are taking other companies name and fooling people. First thing you need to do is go and file a complain on cyber crime portal i am attaching the link.

Second thing stop responding to the the fraudsters dont take any of their calls or messages.
And if still they continue to harass you tell them you already filed a complain against them and simply block them. don't make mistake of giving them any money or talking to them once you pay they won't leave you they will ask you for more money. I hope this helps you.

I am Atreyee Sinha, from Kolkata West Bengal.
I want to launch a complain against a online job fraud. There is a website call placementindia.com, I didn't visit their website also I didn’t apply for any jobs. But on 4th may 2021 I received message on Whatsapp ([protected]) about a job (Captcha filling job). They explained me the job profile and salary structure. They said that they will send a agreement paper. And they did send the agreement paper but pre-signed of my name. I didn’t sign on that agreement paper. Then today I received message from JM-ATVTSF for clear dues & settlement for contract branch. They mentioned a phone number in the message [protected]. I called in this number and explained them that I didn’t sign on the agreement then didn’t listen and told me that they are starting the legal procedure. They sent me another message from JM-ATVTSF that my internal case id is 536565. An advocate sent me an email that Placementindia has filled a case against me for contract branching and I need to pay Rs-72102/-.
I am student now, I am taking loan for my study .In this pandamic situations what can I do ??I request please help me .
