I was convinced by your representative Manasi Bose of 'personalised service' in mass mailing, sms and paid Rs 4500. But next day she dint cooperate.After I placed complaint for refund, she called but I dint want to continue after that. I put court càse- you dint appear in 3 hearings.I sent court notice you are rejecting.why you cant refund as per your terms????
