[Resolved]  Placementindia.com — Provide fake consultancy numbers

Placement India is a job portal website where you have to do registration with different amount for different services, I have registered with 1000/- and got Resume exposure service where i will be getting 1000 consultancies contact number and it will be valid for 1 month.. To my surprise I found out that all the numbers are fake, they have undoubtedly cheated and had done fraud to me.. I have called them and mailed them quite a number of times but they did not pay heed to it. There only concern is to register the candidate after which they will forget you and will not pay any heeds to your complain... So guys do not pay any money to PlacementIndia.com, it is a fraud company. Below i am attaching the number of time email complain i have done with them..

Dear Sir
I have paid Rs 1000 (One thousand only) and subscribe Resume Exposure on 15/05/2014.. Ms Ekta Gupta before and during the time of registration told me that
1. I would be given a list of 1000 consultancies with contact numbers.
2. I would get regular job enquiries related to my job profile in my folder.
3. I would get sure calls from the recruiter, as my profile will be highly visible to the recruiters. My money will be refunded if I do not get the desired calls.
My desolation seems to have started with your organization on the date when I have done the registration.
1 The consultancy numbers that I have received from your end, maximum are fake.
2 Almost all the job enquiries, which I have received at my folder, are not at all relevant to my profile, which clearly shows no proper study has been made with my profile.
3 No calls whatsoever I have received till date from the recruiters from the date of registration.
For this I have done repeated complain to Ms Ekta Gupta (Attached copy of the same) but no heeds or concern has been shown regarding it. My mails are unanswered and my calls are not properly attended. This clearly shows that heights of fraudulence and cheating have been practise with my money and account at your organization. I had given a written deadline (attached with this mail) for resolving my issue but it did not happened.
Thus, I am requesting your good self-kindly refund my money immediately or else I will do complain at consumer court.

Dear Ekta ji

This is to bring your attention that, you have failed in keeping your commitment
in mailing me yesterday about the issue for providing me fake consultancy numbers
and no recruiters response on my profile, you have also stopped replaying and
receiving my calls and giving heeds at my problem which I was repeatedly
mentioning in my below mails.. To be very frank, it clearly shows that you do not
have any solution of this problem rather you have intentionally sold the fake
number list to me… Still I am cordially requesting your good self-kindly come to a
solution by day end or by latest tomorrow before 12 in the afternoon and please
refund my money back… I have trusted you and paid you the money instead; you have
sold me fake numbers, which is an offence of its kind… Please note, if I do not
get any solution of my problem within tomorrow 12 ‘O’ clock in the afternoon then
I will not hesitate in registering this issue under consumer forum court by your
name under kolkata or Delhi jurisdiction… I will do no stone un-turned for getting
my money back. I will not let you do business through unfair means… Thus, I am
requesting you once more kindly come to a solution of my problem and refund my
money back…
