[Resolved] Plair — Ordered T-shirts. They seem to be running a scam

I had ordered 4 t-shirts on June 2, 2021 from a company called Plair.
Their official website is www.plair.in
Order number PL3784

The t-shirts were never shipped since they didn't have some products in stock so I requested for a cancellation and refund. At first, the customer care acknowledged this and assured me that my refund has been initiated. It has not been 2 months and they don't reply to emails or messages on Facebook anymore.
Upon browsing their Facebook page, I saw that there are similar complaints and the company is refusing to respond.

Same issue here, I ordered 3 tshirts.
After 22 days and multiple emails, they gave me a bluedart tracking no which is invalid as per Bluedart.
They are not replying to my emails now

Same here, i have ordered 4 shirts and there is no response till now. Looks like a fake one afterall. What a shame!

Yup, ping them on messenger did the trick. Weirdly email not so responsive.

Hi, i had the same experience. Ordered 3 t-shirts over two and a half months back and still not shipped. They don't reply to the email, contact page, don't receive messages on Instagram, can't even find them on Facebook anymore. Highly disappointed. Would like to highlight this to more and more people as they still put up ads on social media to sell products that they won't ship. In short, yes looks like a scam!
