I had ordered a hoodie from the brand plair street from their website. Then since I didn't receive my order from over two weeks I wrote to them enquiring about my order then I started receiving emails from them every 3 days saying that the product is out of stock from their inventory. It's going to be two months neither did I recieve my order or any mail regarding my order.
Seems like they're running a scam. And they don't even have...

Plair are running a blatant scam. Placed a pre-paid order and they haven't delivered for over a month. They completely ignore all emails or IG messages.

Cancelled my order and they didn't refund the money for 15 days even though I would message them daily.

If you want your order or money back, threaten them with legal actions. Keep commenting on the IG posts. This is the IG account of the owner - www.instagram.com/inawsav...

I ordered 7 tshirts and got only 2 . I have writing emails constantly since 2 weeks but all in vein.
I guess this was the first time I fell on online Trap.
Is this for real. I saw complaints of people here. Now I wonder if this is a real company .

Place an order on February 10, 2022 . It’s been more than a month that the order has not been dispatched I have send a repeated mails to them but there is no reply from the company side

I've placed an order on January 1 2022, it's Feb 7 today and I haven't received my order. They don't have a contact number on their website, their instagram comments are turned off. They aren't responding on Facebook and Instagram....

Ordered 3 t-shirts over two and a half months back and still not shipped. They don't reply to the email, contact page, don't receive messages on Instagram, can't even find them on Facebook anymore. Highly disappointed....

I placed an order (order #PL4908) for two t-shirts on November 1, 2021. The company has not sent the product but asked for a review on November 16, 2021. Customer care is non-responsive. They responded just once saying they will follow up with Delhivery. Delhivery tracking status still shows up as "pending pickup". I have lost over Rs 1, 000 in this transaction....

Had originally complained on here for delayed delivery.

I decided to contact them via Facebook messenger and was helped promptly and was given tracking details same day and received order after that; weirdly their email was not as responsive.

Just ping them on fb and they'll resolve it for you.

Over all quality is up to the mark,

I complaint on their customer support email id - “[protected]@plair.in”. After which they replied to email, saying that they could also exchange the product and sent me link for further process. When I visited the link, it said “404 Not Found”.br...

I placed an order 27th August for two tshirt. Since then following up they don't refund or ship. It's a scam company running ads on instagram I suggest everyone to copy this profile and report there ads on instagram....

Haven't received the shirts I ordered 1 month ago and they gave me a fake bluedart shipping address...

Placed order on 5 sept and no update for a month now. Sent emails / contacted on Facebook and Instagram. They delete the comment and messages in social media. The order was prepaid so I lost my money....

I had ordered 2 tshirts and upon receiving them, I found out the quality wasn’t great and product standardization was lacking. Post which I placed a return request. Since then it’s been 3 months and I have not heard from them and no one has picked up the product. I wrote to them multiple times but received no response whatsoever....

I have ordered 2 T shirts from plair, Since then I have been asked to wait and they will provide me with the tracking number. I have not received any tracking number and the money has been debited from my account.
Seems a scam.
