Dear sir,

With due respect, i beg to bring forward a cheating case involving money.

The tour operator from delhi, has taken an amount of rs.08, 000/- through neft in bank account on 21st May 2018, to arrange and provide hotels, cab, & train bookings for a tour package Pune to Goa (Travel duration: 27th May to 30th May 2018), but they didn't booked any of the above and also are not refunding the amount now.
They are also not responding to any of my e-mails and phone calls.

Kindly track and take strict action against the tour operator and make him pay my hard earned rs.08, 000/-.

Please check that these kind of fraudulent operators should not be able to cheat any citizens in future.
