I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I recently faced with one of your products. On 14th June 2025, I purchased a packet of Mother Dairy Toned milk from a local store. The expiry date mentioned on the packet is [15th June 2025, but when I opened it on 14th June 2025, I found that the milk was already spoiled and curdled.

This caused inconvenience to my family, especially because the milk was meant for tea, and...

Dear Mother Dairy Team,
I am extremely angry with the behavior of the staff at Shop No. 873, Mother Dairy, Sector 4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.
Today, I asked for 2 tokens, but the staff forced me to take 3, and when I refused, he denied the sale and returned my money. This is harassment!
Also, the milk quality is very poor and clearly diluted with water — this is unacceptable and dangerous for health.
Take immediate action or I will escalate this to higher authorities and social media.

I, Rajinder Kumar is permanent resident of Sector 15 Noida. Today, on 05.03.3025 at 7.30 a.m. – I went to Mother Dairy Sec. 15 Noida for procurement of “tond milk”. I took three tokens. I put them in the machine one by one. The first and two token run well but the third token got stuck inside and the milk did not come out. I asked the person who was sitting at the counter. He asked me as there is no token inside and asked me to check....

Hello sir,
I would like to formally lodge a complaint against MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH NO. 751. We have constantly bought token milk from this booth from last 20 years however in last couple of months the quality of milk has highly deteriorated with milk spoiling very frequently and booth not taking any ownership and replacing the defective product.
Kindly take strictest action against these culprits as they are playing with food of children as well as elderly.

Green pocket Milk is adulterated with kerosene- Batch No S1 M 24 - use before 07/09/24 /delivered yesterday

I bought a pack/pouch of Mother Dairy Paneer on 22nd August 2024.
On opening the the pack/pouch I found that the Paneer is stale and some
sticky substances are spilling from the Paneer. Immediately I complained
to the Customer Care telephone number [protected] who registered my complaint and gave me the complaint number as 2645778 with the assurance that the matter will be attended within 48 hours. But no response received till date from Mother Dairy. However, surprisingly one text message was received on 28th August 2024 asking me send my feedback in a specific format with the option only YES and NO whether I am satisfied or not. Immediately I replied to them NO. In view of the above you are requested to please refund me the price of the Paneer immediately and resolvethe issue at the earliest.

Team, we have purchased the 100% wholewheat bread from motherdairy outlet in Laxmi Nagar tikona park. The bread expiry dated 17th Aug 2024 and the bread already had fungus on it.

We have images clicked also. If you require we can provide u with that also.

Please help in resolving our issue.

The operater of the mother dairy booth 578 in rohini sector 18 has allowed close to 8-9 vegitable vendors, momos sellers, chaat sellers to let their carts halt in front of booth in exchange of a monthly amount, which has now started to become a big issue, as the booth is at the centre of the market, on a intersection.
From 5 to 9 in evening its almost impossible to take a turn from that intersection, people living are going to this...

My family has always enjoyed Mother Dairy products over the years. Recently my wife & I found some un-chewable particles in the ice-cream bars we bought. These had to be spat out.
There is a need to check quality of all ingredients put into the ice-cream.

I am deeply concerned and disappointed regarding the manipulation of milk quantity and the misbehavior exhibited by the owner of the Mother Dairy outlet number 768 in Laxmi Nagar.
As a loyal customer of Mother Dairy, I have always trusted the brand for its quality and integrity, but recent experiences have left me greatly disillusioned.On numerous occasions, I have observed discrepancies between the quantity of milk I purchase and the amount I actually receive. Despite raising this issue with the owner, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. The owner and his son blames the customers for it. This manipulation not only violates consumer trust but also reflects poorly on the reputation of Mother Dairy.

Furthermore, I regret to inform you of the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior demonstrated by the owner and his son of the aforementioned outlet. During my attempts to address the issue of milk quantity, I was met with hostility and rudeness. Not only me, everyone who buys milk from this outlet complaints about the same. This makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

As a concerned consumer, I urge you to investigate these allegations thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.

I have bought mother dairy bread of Rs.10 (lot no[protected] on 28.02.24.There is a short quantity of bread in the packet and ot was not fresh also despite being the expiry date is 02.03.24. I am a regular customer of your company . Kindly look into the matter as this kind of service is not acceptable from your company.

I am a regular customer of Mother Dairy. I have been watching for a long time that your booth which is located at booth Sheikh Sarai Phase 2, New Delhi 17 whose booth number is 059 is not providing the good quality of fruits and vegetables to the customers. The persong handling the counter doesn't even talk to the customers properly. The person who is handling the counter smokes cigarate and hookah inside the premises of the dairy along with their friends which is not acceptable by any customer including me. At the same time he has set up some food counter stalls for which he charges on daily basis illegeally. When I had asked him to not do such activit then he replied me my uncle is GM in Mother Dairy and nobody can take any action against, do whatever u can do.
I beileve such a esteemed organisation that is Mother Dairy has given this booth and many such similar booths to help the people so that by getting good things at low prices. Mother Dairy give booth only to those people who are either retired from government service or those people who are handicapped. he doesnot fulfill any of the criteria with which he can get this booth from Mother Dairy. He has get this booth via unfair resources with the help of his uncle.
I request you to take strictest action against the operator of this booth and also investigate whether this booth licence has been given as per the rules of Mother Dairy. Thank you

This is to bring your kind notice that the Safal shop (Booth No. 042) at Dakshinpuri is doing fraud with people. Shopkeeper is charging extra rupees by adding extra weight and repeating the product while weighing. Shopkeeper displays the rate lower and while billing he charges by increasing the price. I have attached the copy of the bill as well as the image of display rates for the same for your ready reference.br...

I bought ginger weighing 305 g along with other vegetables and fruit at SAFAL, IIT Delhi (near Shani Mandir). It was fraudulently marked as 355 g. All other stuff showed an error of just 1/2 g.
This is not the first time that this particular Safal shop had sold goods weighing significantly less. When I pointed out the staff started offering free stuff and making up stories.

We have purchased Safal (Mother Dairy) Green Peas product from Ratnadeep Super Market on 17th September and its expiry date is May' 2024.

When we have opened the packet today to use it, observed it has been rotten and coming bad smell.

Please let me know how to proceed on this and next steps

I bought 2 packet 500ml cow milk..i said it twice but the person at booth was talking on phonecall and didn't listen..and he gave me 2 packet of 1litre cow milk then i said ki bhaiya 500ml me chahiye..
He started abusing me..language was so abusive that i have to run from there he was so psychopath person i was so scared to go there again..

I bought a dairy products from my nearby mother dairy booth, the product was spoiled and the seller refused to exchange or refund. Also the seller behaviour was not appropriate. The product was not expired that means, either the seller received the spoiled product or the product spoiled at the booth. When I asked the seller to file complaint to mother dairy, he refused and asked to file complaint myself.

Today morning at 7 am I purchased from Mother Dairy Booth No.222, Mother Dairy Lite Milk 3 pouches of 500 ML each (Each pouch of Rs.24) and AA soon as I came back and when I boiled a pouch the milk ejaculated (DOODH Phat Gaya). Presuming may be my fault I took another vessel thoroughly cleaned one again and poured remaining 2 pouches, and unfortunately these two also milk ejaculated (phat Gaya).

My Second complaint if of 2 number packets of Fruit Bread purchased @ RS.15 each on Friday 15th, Tommy amazement when I opened them in Office to apply butty and take my breakfast both packets contained multiple quantity of very tiny Red Ants. Similarily same incident with 2 bread packets has occurred on 30 th July 2023 and when I complained to Shri Anil KHEDAR (+[protected] Incharge who is always at the booth bluntly replied without even listening properly and said that these ants must be at my home, but I am pretty sure this Shri Anil KHEDAR doesn’t keep hygiene by cleaning the wooden almirah for storing bread in the outside beside a Trash Can which itself is a store of ants and various insects.

The above is really soiling the reputation of Mother Dairy and I am really very unhappy about this.

Today I, Sunil Kumar R/o RZO-12, Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045 and I have purchased 1.5 litre milk from a shop near my house. Shop owner name is Mr. Ankit and the shop situated at T-Block Nanda Block, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110045.

The above said milk was curdled (फट गया) when I cooked up the milk on LPG Gas.

Hence, you are requested to look/investigation into the matter and take necessary action in this matter.

And also requested to get my refunded amount which becomes to Rs.99/- for one and half litre.

I bought classic Dahi on 6/9/23 use by 11 Sep 23 from mother dairy booth no- 781 at Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi -110096 and Dahi is bad and completely watery.
Please note that It is not good for consume as dahi is not thick form.
We request you to take appropriate step and my compensation so that this kind of complaint not come in future.
