On 24th July 2025, I had a call with a PlanetSpark counsellor who used abusive and insulting language towards me. He used words like "chutiya", "dimag mein gobar", and mocked me personally as a student.
I was shocked by this behaviour, and I sent an official complaint with audio proof to their support email ([protected]@planetspark.in). But even after several days, I have received no response.
I have attached the audio file as proof (also available via Google Drive). I am a student and this behaviour is mentally disturbing and completely unprofessional.
I request strict action and a public apology from PlanetSpark.
