I had planned to provide PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CLASS for my son. I had paid Rs. 6399/- but I didn't attain any class. At this background I want my money back but they are refusing to give me.
I didn't sign any bond or clarification on which mentioned about not to refund money like this.

I would like to complaint about planet spark platform, and their team members, Shivam Gawri and Ayushi counsellor, worst team i have ever come across. I enrolled my daughter in online classes with PlanetSpark and paid ₹35, 000 in full. Unfortunately, many classes were either not conducted or falsely marked as completed. Now, the classes have stopped altogether.

Despite numerous emails, messages, and a formal warning given 2 months ago, PlanetSpark has not taken any action to resolve this issue or refund the money. Their customer support is unresponsive, and I feel cheated....

On 24th July 2025, I had a call with a PlanetSpark counsellor who used abusive and insulting language towards me. He used words like "chutiya", "dimag mein gobar", and mocked me personally as a student.

I was shocked by this behaviour, and I sent an official complaint with audio proof to their support email ([protected]@planetspark.in). But even after several days, I have received no response.

Wrongdoing By Planet Spark, We Enrolled For The Classes From 30th Sept After Payment Through Credit Card By Monthly Deduct. The Classes Started By The Teacher But In December When We Had Issues With Teacher And The Content. We Contacted The Admin And We Didn’t Get Any Response. We Waited For A Week Still No Response. I had registered for the course during July 2022 but later on due to my son's unavailability of attending the classes, I opted out for cancellation of the course after attending 10 days.

Initially, they told me that they will deduct 10 days fees of the class and promised that they would return the balance fee back to us.

My daughter started her regular classes with Planet Spark on 11th March. Initially she showed interest but later on denied to participate in any activities suggested by the tutor. Hence we thought that it’s a waste of time and money to continue only 2 classes a week for Rs.4309/- per month.

I have enrolled my ward for the 21 month course and paid for 80K, after two EMI I have cancelled the course and waiting for the refund.

As per clause and Term and condition of planet spark they have mentioned clearly "that we have a no question asked same day 100% refund policy for any unused classes for ONE SHOT PAYMENTS AND ECS PROCESS."
As we have found the class and services not as we expected, we have send request mail to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.
BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back...

The team of academic counselors talked to us trying to convince us about their course. They quoted 98500 INR for 165 sessions and promised us that they would refund the entire fee within 48 hours without asking a question if we do not want to pursue the course. We remitted the initial fee and my child did not take up a single session in learning. We are asking them to pay back our money but now they say that the amount cannot be refunded....
