Around the first week of May, we paid for 15 classes and went through 15 classes.
After 15 classes, we got a message to pay the remaining fee for the rest of 15 classes. We paid and informed one of the executive.
After paying the fee, executive said it will take some time to resume the classes. From there we tried to contact multiple people to resume our classes.
Despite Multiple attempts through multiple times and even after reaching out to multiple people, my request to resume classes wasn't addressed.
We waited for almost 45 days assuming someone will address this issue.
Now after raising a support ticket for REFUND, one of your executive came and concluded REFUND is not possible.
I couldn't understand why I should pay for your mistake and negligence.
Could you please help me with this and at the earliest please REFUND my amount back... Was this information helpful? |
