I had enrolled my son to planet spark on account of the siblings policy which was mentioned by planet spark counselling team. I have not received any account details for my daughter despite calling them multiple times. They don't seem to pick up my calls. Though i have raised a support ticket but its of no use. They had even done a verification call for my daughter but besides that there is no account provided to her. There are very big false promises made by planet spark admission team which they don't fulfill. I have written to refund or to provide account details to my daughter . I am yet to hear any reply from them
Desirable Solution: Either to refund the entire amount or to enable account for my daughter
