Planet Spark — Planet Spark No Response to Refund payment and cancel EMI after discontinue class as Mentioned their clause and promised to ref

As per clause and Term and condition of planet spark they have mentioned clearly "that we have a no question asked same day 100% refund policy for any unused classes for ONE SHOT PAYMENTS AND ECS PROCESS."
As we have found the class and services not as we expected, we have send request mail to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.
BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back our REFUND as they committed. Its shows planet spark is completely for business not for education.
