Planet Spark — Planet Spark No Response to Refund payment and cancel EMI after discontinue class as Mentioned their clause and promised to refu

Student Name : V Anishaa (ID: 11304) - discontinue of Public Speaking & Creative Writing (Advanced) classes

As I have found the class and services not as expected, I have send request mail during the month of Apr’2022 to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.

BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back our REFUND as they committed. Its shows planet spark is completely for business not for education.

My daughter V Anishaa (ID: 11304) enrolled for Public Speaking & Creative Writing (Advanced) classes which was conducted by Teacher Named Ms. Deepika. A on every Friday, Tuesday at 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM starting from Fri, 17 Sep’2021.

The monthly payment of Rs 4000/- is being disbursed as EMI engaged with Credenc Web Technologies Pvt Ltd as Lender.

I would like to discontinue the classes effective from next month. Hence, please cancel the monthly EMI with immediate effect.
