Planman Media — non receipt of subscribed copies

I have been reading 4Ps from the time I was doing my management studies and the habit continues. I use to grab a magazine from the book vendor but decided to go for an annual subscription so that I could read all the issues and regularly. That's when my ordeal began. I have subscribed in the month of April. However, I have received only one issue (Vol 8, Issue 5, dated 14 may) and no other issues after that. I have not even received an acknowledgement for my payments. I have been repeatedly communicating this but it is falling on deaf ears. I have even filled the feedback form on their website, but yet there was no response. This is really frustrating. I am actually more surprised than being angry. I have high regards for planman media and its initiatives. I am feeling cheated.
