Plextone — For warranty of product

Hello, I am dev patel from India and I am user of plextone g20 earphone i have some issue for earphone. It is not working . I bought it from Amazon and it had 1 year warranty . I bought it 1 month ago. I am in trouble please help me as soon as possible. Thank you !
