Pmay — PMAY got approved but we didnt receive the PMAY subsidy

Hi Team,

We have taken housing loan in SBI and applied for PMAY scheme in Dec 2021. However, the PMAY got approved and we got approval messages from PMAY.We thought that the bank would have received the subsidy amount and it would have been reduced from our loan amount. But now when i went to the bank and enquired about the loan account statement, we couldnt find the subsidy amount being reduced and when asked they said that they didnt receive the subsidy amount. Kindly look into the issue as early as possible .
