Hi Team,

We have taken housing loan in SBI and applied for PMAY scheme in Dec 2021. However, the PMAY got approved and we got approval messages from PMAY.We thought that the bank would have received the subsidy amount and it would have been reduced from our loan amount. But now when i went to the bank and enquired about the loan account statement, we couldnt find the subsidy amount being reduced and when asked they said that...

Hi Team,

We have taken housing loan in SBI and applied for PMAY scheme in Feb 2021. However, the PMAY tracking ID provided by the bank is showing no records found while tracking the application. The PMAY ID provided is C[protected]. Also it's been 3 years since we applied for subsidy we have not heard back any update regarding it's status from the bank. Kindly look into the issue and advise us .

My PMAY application id was submitted on Nov-2019 and till date it's under the status of Claim uploaded on Central Nodal Agency portal. My application id is C[protected].

I would like seriously raise question on this PMAY scheme and it seems to be another mockery to diligent taxpayers who majorly belong to middle class.

Can you please help to expedite this process and get my subsidy credited to my loan Account.br...

We have taken loan from ICICI bank in Dec 20 but still our PMAY scheme has not been credited in our account since last 1 year
It is showing status showing my Claim Uploaded to Central nodal Agency,
we also asked in bank they say we can't say anything it is govt scheme please let us know the status of our scheme this is a humble request

Hi im Sravya, i have received my CLSS id on May 2021,
and my status showing Subsidy claim approved from last 4 months. please help me on this and how can i get this claim amount....
