PMC — Stray dogs in my area

Dear sir... I stay in tajmahal society somnath nagar, vadgoan sheri (Behind inorbit mall) and three female dogs have created a nuisance for the entire society. Both female dogs have delivered 4 puppies each and both of them having biting people. My neighbour is being treated at a hospital as his wound is big. My father is 70 years old and has had major operations and had been advised rest. I also have 4 months baby who cannot sleep due to the unnecessary barking and crying of the dogs.

Everytime a complaint is made, there is no response for 10-15 days and even if the people come they go back empty handed. Seems like our mla and our corporators are immune to this issue because there are no contracts and tenders for this issue. So this topic does not attract their attention
