Pnb Met Life — refund

Hey i paid my father policy 20721488, after that i came to know that from this year only policy holder can pay the policy amount but i paid two tyms
One on 04 feb 2019 with the transaction id n[protected] and
Second on 07 feb 2019 n1902071013124130621191
From my idfc account [protected].
And i submit one application with all the relevant document to the branch of pnb metlife office sector 63.
Now my father got a call three days before that the amount is settle down against your policy on 6 feb 2019.
So i just want to know which date transaction they settle down and if they settle down 4 feb amount then they have to pay back me amount of 7 feb.in my account.
