I am the policy holder with Name of Birender Kumar, policy number
20218055 and it was started in 2009. Due to some reason I am in need of
money hence I had requested to surrender my policy on 20th of Feb 2015. I had talked at Branch of Noida Sec- 62, as well as customer care service ([protected]) as per request I had submitted all the required documents
like PAN Card, Bank passbook, cancelled check, photo and Indemnity Bond. At the branch I was told that the amount will be credited in my account in 10-12 business days but nothing has been done and we have already passed 20 business days. I kept on doing the regular follow up your customer care number ([protected])I made at least 15 calls last one month and every time I got the answer that the surrender of policy is under process. Due to this delay I faced too many problems and I had to borrowed from the market due to some family urgency. I am depressed and it seems that I have been harassed by PNB Met life.Since I have been harassed by PNB Metlife due to which I had borrowed from market hence I need the reimbursement of the amount that I have taken from the market because my amount has not been credited in my account as per the discussion. At the date of my surrender request my total fund value after the deduction of surrender charge and taxes Total amount is 203000 (two lakhs three thousand only) I need 50000/- extra apart from my surrender amount as a penalty that I
am going to pay as an interest that I have borrowed from the market due
to family urgency.
