I have purchased the policy on 07-dec. 2016. Agent told me policy term 3 year but after receiving policy bond with 10 year terms. And from after looking policy bond, i am continuously calling with miss neta sharma & mr. Manish arora, he asking me we will provide modified policy bond but currently he was not attending my phone. And not give me modified policy bond. And before three month i am continually mailing and calling with customer care. I have not received correct response till now from pnb metlife. So i will request to you please support me. Also he was not filled policy form in front me. And he was filled wrong my name in my policy, that is last month corrected by customer care team.
Currently he was told me that all policy terms are cleared by agent. That is wrong.
So please support me. I want to leave from fake policy.
Also i have already 4-5 time write the mail to irda team, but no response till now.
