PNB — not getting refund

On 30 june the following amt had deducted from my account [protected]. On behalf of tickets done on irctc but due to cancellation of tickets the amount has not still received by me
An amount of rs 1661.96 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 30-jun-2019 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.
An amount of rs 1941.96 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 30-jun-2019 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.
