PNB — Refund initiated by amazon but still not received | |||
Hello sir I am kamalesh Kumar a pnb customer. On 28/01/2021 i have ordered a mobile from Amazon which price is ₹5249 under exchange offer. I paid this amount through my card whose ordered I'd is[protected].Then after 10 minutes i cancelled my ordered. But the refund from Amazon have not come in my bank account. After this i contacted Amazon then they told me that they have refunded my amount ₹5249 on that day when I had cancelled my ordered on 28/01/2021 and given a reference no. 30005110281028143300200 but still i have not got my amount. Then I moved from table to table in your PNB Gaya Chand Chaura Branch for almost 17 days, without any result. I also contacted to pnb customer care service but they did not solved my problem and told me that the Amazon did not refunded your amount. But Amazon told me that if I have not refunded your amount then how this reference no. is generated from your bank side. I am so much confused that who is telling truth or who is telling false with me and where is my amount gone. I am very much worried about my amount.
