I had ordered SONY headphones from Amazon on 7th of Feb, which was successfully returned by 14th of Feb and Amazon had processed the refund the same day. The amount of 1699/- is yet not credited back to my account. I have mailed the Customer care of PNB with the Refund Reference Number provided by Amazon but the Bank has replied asking to contact Amazon. I have confirmed with Amazon thrice on this and they have assured the processing, citing the same RRN.
