I purchased an item worth rupees 496 from amazon but I canceled it because of some issue. I bought it on 2 Feb and today it is 18 Feb and still, I didn't get the refund credited. I contacted Amazon they gave me a reference id to confirm the issue from the bank. Amazon is telling contact your bank and the bank is telling contact amazon. What should I do now?
