Dear sir/mam,

I try to withdrawal money from pnb account no:- [protected], chapra bihar, through hdfc atm, in three transition the first transition 10000 rs was failed and the amount deducted from my account. And i file a complain against that the complain no is:- m[protected].. Please look into this and try to reimburse the amount asap..
