I submitted my Poco F4 on 14 September to Xiaomi service centre because of green line issue, they accepted it as it was under warranty and agreed to replace my folder after 7 days I got a call that my phone has been repaired when I went to pickup my phone, I found the lock button was not working properly, The guys at service centre insisted that it would remain as it is and I'll have to use it in defective manner only, very unprofessional. I refused to accept that and after some discussion within them, they agreed to get my phone checked on 20th september a new job sheet was created and closed the existing one without even repairing. Since then I've contacted them multiple times, even contacted Poco and Xiaomi but they are not coming up with any solution. Simply asking for more time. Now they have given me a date of 15 october just to give me an update not even a solution is guaranteed. What should be done? I'm thinking of taking this matter to consumer court.
