Pocox2, phone dead after company software updates.

I bought pocox2 on feb 11 2020 the problem came after software updates 12.5.6 version first, not charging and touch after that phone dead just on off condition. I go to service center they 10k for replacement of motherboard. I told them that is not my fault I just wanted to update my phone and that happens. They didn't care what I am saying. I sent emails to poco india regarding my problems but nothing changed. I feel that companies doing fraud to us. Please help me to recover my cost of phone. Thank you

Defective mobile
3 years ago, I bought Poco x2 mobile from the Poco brand. After 2 years, at someday, when I opened my camera application, it all showed was just blank. Then I rushed to the nearby service center and they told me that you have to replace your motherboard to get your camera working. They said it will cost around 11k. When I spend my hard-earned 20k and buy a mobile, can't it even last for at least 4 years? When the quality of the hardware is the problem, why should I spend another 11k?
I have many Twitter and college mates who are facing the same issue. This is a serious issue. Because they are looting people's money by using cheap hardwares

Poco x3 phone's issues after updating to miui 13
I am using poco x3 while I am updating it to miui 13 the front camera and the speaker stopped working, When I asked the service centre they are telling me to change the motherboard which costs 10k.How am I supposed to pay while the problem is on company's side.

With due respect I would like to inform you that my pocox2 back camera is not working from 29 March 2023 .
I have also visited the service center, and they told it is motherboard issue which would cost around 8200₹, and my phone is not under warranty.
As far as I am concerned, this issue is not due to my fault or any technical issue in only my phone but a lot of people facing the same issue.
Therefore its my humble request to the company, to help me out as I am unable to pay such big amount. Hope a positive reply from your side .

Poco x3 sudden off automatically

My phone was working properly only but when i charged it and tried to use it got switched off by itself automatically and did not turn on, its gonna be a month it got dead, i even tried to charge it again but it is not charging. i went to service center but they said mother board is gone, people using poco x 3 is all complaining the same and said me to raise a issue.
therefore i request you to give a solution as soon as possible.

Maufacturers defect of Model POCO X3 Pro - NO COST replacement/ Alternative resolution

My POCO X3 Pro has been rendered "dead" after a few days of Warranty expiry.
I had claimed that this is a manufacturing defect of POCO X3 Pro and cannot be considered as a normal Warranty claim...as similar incidents are reported about this model across the country.
My queries raised and visiting the MI Service offices as I was directly did not provide a alternative solutions but for PAID expensive replacement of motherboard which I cannot afford.
HENCE my appeal to there offices to either REPLACE the POCO handset or exchange with a EQUIVALENT processor Or Specification Model.
I had claimed that this is a manufacturing defect of POCO X3 Pro and cannot be considered as a normal Warranty claim...as similar incidents are reported about this model across the country.

Poco x3 pro
Poco x3 pro having too much issues of motherboard touch screen and overheating. But company is not replacing and not refunding to the users when they reaches service centre. Please help us to get refund as the product is poor and service is also not provided by them. They are replacing poco x3 pro with other cheap and poor device which doesn't matches with poco x3 pro in any comparison and price.

Issue regarding recent update of poco m3
I have been using poco m3 phone. It's been a year and a month since I bought this phone. Recently there was this software update. Once I updated it, it did not boot. So I visited nearby mi service center they told me that there is motherboard problem and I called the customer care number he said it's not their issue amount is payable. And recently all poco m3 users are facing the same issue I don't know what the hell company is doing. I will never recommend this company to anyone

I was purchased Poco M3 in Feb 2021 as compared brand products. But within 10 month this mobile's mother board automatically corrupted in 2 times. Even service centre gives more than 15 days time because parts not available. This type lacking shows poor support of company like MI. Till my mobile has not been repaired by any agency. Request provide replacement of said mobile. Please check performance through imei no and provide resolutions at earliest. My mob no [protected]

I purchase poco x2 mobile a year & half ago & now suddenly its touch stopped working, service center people told me to replace motherboard for rs 8500/- .but this is common complaint in this model so they should replace it under goodwill because it’s obvious that they used poor quality motherboards.pls help.

Phone is under warranty but taking alot time to repair
My phone(poco x3 pro)was stopped working so i went to service center and gave it on 27th november but they didn't gave my jobsheet, so i complained on poco help center they assured me they will solve my issue before 2nd december(woin[protected] :-complaint number) i visited again on 2nd december service center guy gave me jobsheet but my phone was not repaired so i visited again on 3rd dec he told me that it's motherboard not working i have ordered in compony, it's been 21 days still no information about my device.
and it's not my device almost all poco x3 pro devices facing this problem probably because of their software update everyone's phones are dead and all having same motherboard problem, and even compony is not giving any official statement regarding this.
i want my device repaired fast or better they give me my money back because even other models of this compony facing almost same problem

Complaint marked as Resolved they took 28 days to repair my phone but they did, but i still worried if this things happens again then i won't have warranty and I'll have to pay for motherboard which cost 60% of phone's price.
btw i got back my phone fully repaired

This is P jagadeesh who purchased poco m2 pro mobile on 26 th October 2020, which I mailed on 11 November 2020 earlier regarding Heating issue and other issues. After that for that above mentioned compliants there is no resolution happened. Any way I have been using that mobile since November 2020.Recently my poco m2 pro mobile was dead on 16th November 2021.Then Immediately on the next I visited mi servicing centre at salem on 17th November 2021 and they checked and told that mother board problem(job code number:WXIN[protected]).For the repair/ Regarding my poco m2 pro Complaint issue and consider the last year Complaintwhich is attached of the mother board they asking me pay 8000 rupees approximately. I started using mobile on 28 th November 2020 after the several complaints .then warranty will come from 28 th November 2020 to 28th November 2021.But the service people not aa accepting and this issue I faced so many problems and faced several physical and mental stress and I am middle class private teacher (due to pandemic of Corona, I am getting half salaries) and how can face this burden. Kindly understand the above mentioned situation and faced problems . Kindly bring take this higher authority and solve this mobile issue as early as possible .

Cheated with me faulty product

I brought poco X2 in Feb 2019.After completing 3 months, phone started heating very high and draining battery was so quick.I went to service center and and they repair it and handover to me and 4 months later phone quick charging stopped.Again I went to service center and they told me motherboard need to be change.they handover phone after 1 month.that was horrible experience.
In dec 2020.its been 2 month since changing mother board.phone battery draining very fast, I had to charge the phone thrice in a day.
Now in May 2021, Same issue happened and the service center told me to pay Rs 8500/-charges for the motherboard as a phone out of warranty, I complained (comp no.WOIN[protected]) for the same but at the end they closed the complaint and told me to pay the amount. Now I can't pay this amount and don't have other options so I am going to explode this phone and will upload on social media with the same message.i will be at a loss but I didn't care as you cheated and provided me with a faulty product.
At Least you should try to understood, Customer is repairing new phone 3 times for same issue within 1 year that means we have genuine issue in our phone but you didn't care.Shame on you
