Pohunch.com — Not received my money of order id #110262..complain still not resolved but market As resolved? Why this way???

My previous complain about my order#110262 has still not been processed neither refunded but mysteriously its marked as resolved?? How?? What logic has been applied ?? Pls intimate my refunds dear paunch.com..
