Call no.[protected] is not responding & there is no response from email id [protected]@pohanch and also from Whatsup [protected]. Is Pohunch Shutdown? According to Google search, Pohunch is a fraud. Is this correct?

          Though one year's time has been elapsed neither I have received the ordered product nor any refund from them, so far.             I placed order on[protected] Order ID 103077. I paid Rs 464.00 through my paytm payment bank account UPI reference number[protected]. In my pohunch.com account in order details status is continuously shown pending payment. Since the payment is complete, they were asked to to update/ corect the order status in account details.were requested to dispatch and deliver the order . they never responded. order not executed and amount not refunded till date

                  Yours is not the only company that is following refund procedure. Meesho flipkart and Amazon also do the same (refund). The method I had paid with the amount should be refunded in the same way same upi...
                  So why did I get a call to download some app from play store.
                  WE ALL KNOW SO MANY SCAMS ARE HAPPENING THESE DAYS why would I download an app.

                  Kindly refund my amount in the same account I paid with when the product is out of stock, there shouldn't have been an order placed. It's completely shows how fake you guys are.

                  This is mere harrassment. It will not take a minute to file mental harrassment case in consumer forum.

                  Next time a call or a mail I should I get is seeing my amount refunded iny account.

                          I had ordered whisper Xl pack of 50 on December 9 2023..order id - 109669...sent to upi id - [protected]@cnrb...prepaid order rs377 deducted product not received... It is 14 days since ordered... If product cannot be sent.. Kindly refund the amount.. This is our hard earned money... Image attached of the amount deducted.. Need resolution before we go to consumer forum.

                                      Ordered 5L of ghee though pounch.com website, Rs 2120 has been deducted but no confirmation for the order placed by the merchant and no response from the merchant as well. Seems to be fraudulent. Kindly request to help with this issue
