Pohunch.com — Payment done but order status says payment is pending

Ordered some groceries on pohunch.com.
Order didn’t place but says payment pending even though payment is successful.
Customer care not picking the call and email bounces back. Seen so many complaints on the same after that. Refund my amount or deliver my order.
