I bought a table fan (annexure multi purpose fan) it started producing so much noise in 2 weeks. I called the customer care immediately and since then I've been making calls for 3 weeks (daily) and they say they will come, but no one comes. They stopped picking up my calls too. Very pathetic customer service. I would never recommend any customer to buy a product from polar electric. Was this information helpful? |
