Police Dav Public School — Very insensitive towards teachers

Though all schools in Punjab exploit their teachers to the maximum but Police DAV school Jalandhar is exceptionally insensitive towards their teachers.
The Administration treats their teachers as bonded slaves.
No holidays even on the important Indian festivals.
They didn't even spare their teachers during corona spread. They called their teachers as soon as everything opened and also stop them often late till 5pm.
The actual school's timings are far less than what they demand from their teachers. Salary they want to pay the least.
How can anyone aim to be a teacher in these worst scenarios.
How can a school treat their teachers so bad, those who are preparing the future of India.
I hope someone is capable of resolving this issue and get a sigh of relief for the teachers.
