[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — absolute disregard to customer query | |||||
I have purchased an appolo munich policy through policy bazaar. I had to undergo a surgery and my claim got rejected due to non disclosure. I have been trying to get the policybazaar guys to help me with the proposal form but there has been just no revert. The query raised on 4th aug has still not been solved. Have complained twice to policy bazaar customer care and everytime they say they will call back but don't. At the time of selling a policy they will call 6 times a day but when it comes to servicing they wont call once in 15 days as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
