I had bought a travel insurance from policy bazzar for my travel to canada on 21st jun 2018. however my travel was postponed so i asked for cancellation on 27th jun 2018 with email sent to team and a telephonic communication and i was told 250 rs plus GST will be deducted. when i did not see any refund happening i enquired on 2- Jul-2018 to which i got to know that they have not processed my cancellation and told me that since now the policy is in inforce there will be more deduction happening. Finally on 19th jul i received email stating the refund is processed with 4281 rs. which means a lot more...

I have an ameo car for which i purchased a policy from oriental insurance company through policy bazar. my car policy number is 211200/31/2018/151453. i got an accident for which i filed insurance claim at Volkswagon Dehradun. they are saying that you have to pay in advance and your policy is not cashless becuase you purchased your policy from policy bazar.

My Policy Ref No: 75928725 for motor insurance. I have transferred Rs 8361 on 4th August from my credit card. I was in hurry to get my car insured because i need to attend meeting at Chandigarh next day. So i selected policy Bazar for first time. After money transaction their call centre boy told me to upload video of car as per specification. And i did that also. Post that four times they have rejected my video. Whenever they call me i ask them if it is troublsome to you people kindly refund my money. Whenever i ask them regarding my money back their executives disconnect...

Representative of policy bazar mr. Ashish contacted me on[protected] on basis of my enquiry of term insurance with icici pru. Mr. Ashish has logged in all my details after getting all the particulars on mobile and the application no. With icici pru is ob09634748. He quoted me that initially i have to pay rs.2491- as a first month premium for 1 crore insurance and after the medical clearance you can change your plan of payment as half yearly & you have to pay rs.14800- (Half yearly) and the claim is lump sum payable to the nominee in case of any mishappening to the insurer. Hi - Policy Bazaar is an online portal where we can go and check for quotes. If required we will go ahead and purchase in the portal. But off late, on anytime I visit the portal, your team starts calling multiple times a day. Is this the way you run your business. where is the privacy policy to ask you guys not to call us anymore. If required we will go and browse for information in the portal. Can you please check and ensure that I dont get calls asking how to complete the payment/or follow up for purchase anytime further.. My mobile # can be shared but not sure if its secure to be put out here...

My issue is long pending with policy bazaar wrt refund against apollo munich health policy bought on 3rd june, 2018, which was suo motu cancelled by the company on the pretext that previous year health policy soft copy was not provided by me for portability from max bupa to apollo. (This was because i didn't receive any mail nor they called me even once to ask for previous year policy copy and when they can call me hundred times a day for selling a new policy, could not they call me once to confirm with the documentation?). There is lackadaisical attitude and negligence, no proactiveness was shown...

Company keep on calling for their marketing. We insisted many times not to call but they say it is an automated call generated from the computer making us fool. We are not longer interested in receiving calls and the disturbing is very frequently mornings afternoon bad evening. We no longer interested in receiving calls for marketing your products. Policy Bazaar — difference in idv of 2 wheeler insurance policy

I have bought 2 wheeler insurance policy - s8714510.
I have selected bharti axa policy having insured declared value as rs. 38, 931 but when i downloaded the policy it is showing idv as rs 33, 369.

I followed up n number of times but still my issue is unresolved.
Customer care is also not responding properly.

In future, i will avaoid using policybazaar.com....

I have apply mutual fund through policy bazzar on 27 July- 2018. But same day(27 july 2018) i have request for cancellation mutual fund and request to for money do not deduct from my bank account. I have tried many times phone calls to policy bazzar mutual fund. But no one pick and connect call. Today 10 aug 2018 Rs. 1000 amount deduct from my bank account. Please reverse my amount....

When we try to call customer care toll free no. [protected] then phone do not connect to customer executive.

I tried to renew my car insurance online via pb and amount got debited. Since it was a failed transaction the pb agent forced me to pay for another policy by making me believe that first amount will be refunded. But after purchasing second insurance i got email that my first payment also is success. Then i raised a complaint to get refund of second policy and for that pb replied that i need to submit adhar card, pan number and an admin amount would be deducted while doing refund. Is this justice? Due to their mistake i paid twice and now they are deducting money while refunding? Why they need my...

I have applied a term insurance through policy bazar. It was told me the processing will take 10 days, but it didn’t happen. On regular follow up the agent (Gagan and few others) keep on saying that it is under writing.. Blah blah, all positive assurance. Suddenly i got an email after 1 month that my application got cancelled on my request.. Which is baseless.. Now i m trying to reach policybazaar and those agents but noone responding. This is really frstuating. The worst service i hv ever experienced and the agents will give all the false assurance to get the policy done....

Hi, myself sourav tried to renew my 2 wheeler insurance today & at time of payment it displayed a failure message. But the amount is deducted from my bank account and they told us that successful transaction is showing to their system.

I want to make complaint about my premium i made payment for a policy after making payment policy bazar executive sending mail stating premium has increased by 20percent so have to pay more which is has not been told to me before i asked executive n number of times but any hidden charges or any extra payment he clearly mentioned no not at all.
So i have made payment for it now sending mail stating have to pay extra for which i am not agreed and i am not going to pay i want to be issued my policy or else i have to take step ahead to make complaint...

I have never seen such a worst website ever in my life. I log into the website to invest in sip and where ever i click it opens new tab of advertisement. This is really frustrating. This is the worst worst website i have ever seen.

I will ask akshay kumar as well to consider this, why are you being a brand ambassador of such a frustrating company whose major business and revenue generation motive is to earn from google ads, rather than serving people their best services....

I have been getting disturbed a lot by policybazar agents with calls and messages. Daily i am getting messges and calls and i had requested them not to disturb. But today one more executige called me and talked all rubbish with me and he told he will keep on calling me and says i can't do anything and asked me even go to consumer forum. I am really getting mentally disturbed. I request concerned to take appropriate action against the company and the person who tortured me today by threatening me of calling often...

Applied for a car insurance on 2nd mar, 2018 with policy bazaar team and a payment of rs 12391 was charged. Car inspection was carried out through an app provided by their team. Once the inspection was over the underwriter rejected the insurance application. Ideally refund was to be credited in my account of rs 12391 within 14 working days. Post 14 working days when enquired with policy bazaar it was told refund already done. I need to cross check with my bank. They provided an utr kkbk[protected] dated[protected]. I checked with my bank for the same utr but as per them no refund was initiated.
