Please refund premium amount Rs.3378/- of my cancellled policy No[protected] dated 13.02.2019 from last 2 months after correspondence amount otherwise i will go to consumer forum in next 30 days.i was also purchase a new policy[protected] for the same vehicle.

I had purchased Car insurance through policy bazaar portal in the month of November 2018.

Date of Purchase : 05/11/2018 at11:00 pm

During purchase of car insurance policy total 03 transactions. Among the same 02 trasection were failure due to payment unsuccessful.

Total amount refund - 9917 + 9917 = 19837.00

I had taken up this issue so many times with policy bazaar customer care. I had also take up this matter with Reliance general insurance company as well as with state bank of india .

This is to inform you that vehicle mahindra logan k7mpsglx 1.6 5 st, registration no uk08l4904 polict was revised through policy bazaar on 23/03/2019 but still policy was not received through the mail. However a soft copy provided by your representative but now they are not responding. Please look into the matter and provide signed authorized policy as early as possible. My ward mr mojahidul haque met an accident in a college hostel (Lpu/jalandhar/punjab). He got some injury in the nose and required minor surgery. However, upon confirming about the procedure and cashless hospital in jalandhar, punjab one of the cc executive informed that the ent is not covered in the first year of insurance.

I am disappointed what kind of cheating is being done by the insurance company, is this only motto to grab the money from customer pocket!!

Hi,

I have taken a term insurance form policy bazaar (Policy no: c[protected], for which, im paying a monthly payment of 3000/- approx which i pay through net banking every month.

But last month on 22.3.19 there was a deduction from my icici account of rs. 1554.17 (Transaction remarks: vsi/www/policyb/[protected]/[protected]/).

When i enquired with icici, they said i have given a standing instruction for this debit to policy bazaar which i havent as i dont need to. I dont have any such policy with this amount and i pay for my term insurance through...

I made a payment for car insurance through mobikwil wallet on 10april2019. Payment was done, amount was debited to my wallet. Even i got the amount successful received by policy bazaar on 11th april 2019. But still they are saying they didn't get the amount. Earlier on 12th april they are agreeing that they got the amount and soft documents will be recieved within 24hours. But later on they are denying. Called them several times. They are disconnects my call. This company is a big cheater. I am planning to suit a case. Throgh payment successful confirmation sms a got a link from where i can booking...

Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued 2 wheeler policy with a wrong version and cc specification of the bike.

I have taken 2 wheeler insurence from policy bazar for yamaha r15 v3 155cc bike.

Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued policy for r15 v2 149cc bike.

I have contacted policy bazaar customer care on phone and email.
Initially they said they didn't listed the v3 155cc version of r15 in their website.
After me forwarding the screen shot of r15 v3 155cc listing in their website, they asked 4 days time to resolve.

I have paid amount of rs. 813 towards aegon term plan on 03.11.2017. After that i have cancelled policy on 31.12.2017 i have made a request for cancellation of policy and based on request policy was cancelled however till date i have not received refund for the same. For refund i have made several calls as well as mail communication however there is no results till date. It is very much disappointing that you people make various commitments during sales policy but on the other hand there is zero commitment while execution resulting consumers losing faith day by day on online transactions. I have been getting many messages and calls from policy bazaar after i subscribed to compare policies. After i found the right policy, i tried to unsubscribe though their website, they do not even have a unsubscribe button. I tried to reach customer support, but they are of no help too. Customer support executive told me they will deregister my number, but it's been 2 months with no solution....

They won't give a call back number. Toll free are not reachable, you will disconnect your phone whenever you try to reach them. Never buy policy from you again

I had sent cancellation request for both the policies on 22 feb, 2 mar, 4 mar and on many occasions on call with the policy bazaar team. I even got confirmation from the policy bazaar team that i will receive the full refund for the policies. However it came to my notice that they cancelled on 1 policy i. E. I was looking for a health care policy and contacted policy bajar and after all information provided by me, I was advised to take a star comprehensive policy but after doing payment I got rejected and I'm still waiting for refund, again I tried to book another policy and confirmed by policy bajar that I should take a star cardiac care policy and I won't be rejected, after 10 days of payment again it got rejected.. I thought that a online procedure of buying a policy would be fare and won't feel cheated but policy bajar ruined my experience and would never advice to anyone to take a policy from policy...

Policy bajar support is very bad. I booked a policy from policy bajar. But apolo munich cancelled that. But not refunded. Now its 1 month over but policy bajar customer ia saying that more time may take for refund. Very horrable app. They are playing with emotions. My registered mobile number is [protected] apolo munich health policy.
And than one person from policy bajar call me name arun kumar, he said me that take another health policy from star and i will get ur refund quickly. This type of behaviour is very cheap. Pls short out my problem. And i want compensation from policy bajar....
