Policy Bazaar — After Policy renewal old policy copy issued

I have renewed my 2 wheeler Insurance policy.
Instead of the update new policy with the validity they issued the old copy of the policy. Even after repeat mails there are no response. Even their customer care toll free no is pathetic.
