Policy Bazaar — amount debited but don't get the policy | |||
Dear sir, I purchased royal sundram car policy from policy bazaar yesterday by using g pay app. My 4419 rs debited but i do not got the policy. I confirmed from my bank, and they have confirmed from npci portal that my amt credited in your account. But policy bazar customer care refusing the same. I forwarding all details like screenshot of g pay, upi transaction number. My name= chetan nivrutti jagale Mb = [protected] Transactions date= 26/12/2018 Amt = 4419 Upi transaction no=[protected] G pay screenshot also saying that amount deposited in receipent account.
