I have done a car insurance policy from policy bazaar on 23rd Sep 2021. At first payment deducted but policy is not issued, customer care told me to do policy payment again and i did again same process, again payment deducted but policy is not issued after third payment deduction, the all three policies issued to me. I want only one policy. I asked to customer support to cancel the two policy and initiate the refunds for the two policies. But they are not cancelling the policies and not initiating the refunds. I have raised complaints many times but nothing happen. I am writing all the booking ids for the reference.
