[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — arrogant attitude of cust care representative | |||
I have checked for insurance from policy bazar. I havent said that someone should call me. In a day I have got 12 calls irrispective of I was not picking up them due to my work. Ultimately I received one call and i said politely " i was just going through the site ." Customer care agent said, "Please do something else for timepass". This is some arrogant answer I got. First of all you guys continuously call spamming our phones even though we have not opt for this. and such arrogant attitude. I will never use policy bazar and let my other friends tell about this.
