Policy Bazaar — car insurance, lousy customer service and refusal to action repair work. | |||
I logged a claim intimation on friday 05/07/19. Sent all photos, videos and filled all forms. Kept chasing for feedback. Got approval yesterday which is almost 4 days later. It was a partial approval of the scratch. Strangely the big dent clearly seen in all photos was completely ignored and refused by insurer. I keep calling policy bazaar asking them to schedule an on-site survey but policy bazaar refusing to honour that request. Moreover i am promised call backs after 30mins to 1 hour. But it never happens. They are only interested in selling the policy and not concerned about providing after sales services. Was this information helpful? | |||
